History
The company started its activity in December 2000 with IT recruitment for foreign software companies with development offices in Sofia, Bulgaria. Step by step, Bulwork covered a wide range of vacancies in the Information Technology sector. Today the company recruits professionals not only in the Software Development, but also in the System Administration, System Integration, Customer Support, Call Centers, DataBase Development and Administration, Telecommunications, ERP Consultancy, Sales and Marketing for Information Technology area, Management, Banking & Finance.
- 2000 - Bulwork started its business by specializing in human resources management solutions for the IT sector.
- 2002 - Bulwork started its collaboration in recruitment process with Eurobank EFG Bulgaria.
- 2002 - Bulwork started its collaboration in recruitment process with SAP Labs Bulgaria.
- 2003 - Bulwork started delivering a new service - training and professional development for companies in the IT sector in Bulgaria.
- 2005 - Bulwork started its collaboration in recruitment process with Hewlett-Packard Bulgaria.
- 2007 - Bulwork started its collaboration with Novell.
- 2008 - Bulwork established partnerships with several non-profit organizations and educational institutions to help the professional development of the Bulgarian students and their future realization. Bulwork has a partnership with the University of Rousse "Angel Kanchev" , Varna Free University and thanks to the partnership efforts of Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski" is a "godfather" of the newest accredited speciality "Linguistics and Information Technology".
- 2010 - Bulwork delivers professional service for more than 200 companies and owns the largest database of IT professionals in Bulgaria - over 20 000 active CVs which gives the leader position among companies, offering recruitment and BPO services in Bulgaria.
- 2011 - Bulwork established partnership with an agency offering recruitment and assessment service in Serbia - HR Solution.
