As part of their continuous expansion, we are currently supporting them in recruiting an experienced IT professional for the position of:
SENIOR LEAN EXPERT
Key responsibilities will include:
• Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency;
• Leading process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Partnering with managers and teams to drive and implement process changes;
• Measuring the impact of improvements and supporting Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in process improvement, process optimization, operational excellence or a similar role;
• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint;
• Very good English, both written and spoken.
